 DEVELOPMENTS

E=WAY

The E=Way System station developments benefit each neighborhood and community through transit-oriented development zoning (TOD). Projects of this nature mitigate urban sprawl while maximizing residential density and parking, local business development, and leisure space within walking distance of each E=Way station. TOD's advance relationships between station communities to codify a TOD zoning code using mixed-use and compact urban housing & parking at sites along the rail corridor.

TODs improve real estate values and tax base at station locations. Stations are located within walking distance of job centers, manufacturing/industrial, research & development, offices/institutional, and educational campuses. This means greater opportunities for disadvantaged and displaced communities.

Transit-oriented developments attract residents and add to vibrant, connected neighborhoods essential to quality of life and well-being. Research shows that people desire to live and work in re-surging TOD neighborhoods.
